Acquisition of an FBO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and heavy jet Aircraft Management and Charter (ACM) company in the New York City metropolitan market:

  • Negotiated the master lease amendments and the lease assignment/assumption documentation
  • Negotiated the leasehold mortgage documents among the buyer, the airport and the lender
  • Arranged and negotiated numerous subleases for hangar, office and shop space at the facility

Acquisition of an FBO lease at a major Southeastern economic market:

  • Negotiated the master lease amendments and the lease assignment/assumption documentation
  • Negotiated the leasehold mortgage documents among the buyer, the airport and the lender
  • Prepared bid documents for a new corporate hangar facility and was awarded the lease rights to the facility by the airport sponsor
  • Negotiated the new lease as well as the subsequent disposition of an existing facility with unfavorable lease terms, thereby optimizing the leasehold economics at the airport

Acquisition of a development lease in the largest Midwestern metropolitan market:

  • Negotiated the master lease amendments and the lease assignment/assumption documentation
  • Negotiated the leasehold mortgage documents among the buyer, the airport and the lender
  • Development of a 30,000 square foot hangar, 8,000 square foot terminal building and 4,000 square feet of shop and office space
  • Arranged all new subtenant leases

Combination/Merger of multiple FBO leases into one master lease in one of the largest population centers in the Southeast:

  • Structured and negotiated a master FBO lease to supersede numerous previous operating leases
  • Negotiated the leasehold mortgage documents among the buyer, the airport and the lender
  • Developed a new, custom build U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (USCBP) facility and financed the development of the facility by a third party lender
