Global Aviation Infrastructure Completes Advisory Assignment

June 1, 2016, CHARLESTON, S.C.–Steven P. Levesque of Charleston, South Carolina and Global Aviation Infrastructure, LLC (GAI) recently completed an aviation and financial advisory assignment for a large private family office headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. GAI had the role of financial and business advisor in the family office’s analysis and structuring of an equity investment in and debt refinancing of a large New York Fixed Base Operation (FBO). FBOs are an integral part of U.S. aviation infrastructure, as they provide facilities and a center from which other aviation services are conducted. The services include the core line functions of fueling, handling and hangarage of aircraft as well as ancillary services such as Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Aircraft Charter and Management (ACM). Steven Levesque of Charleston, SC, led the project. Mr. Levesque has over 20 years of executive experience in the aviation industry as a former CFO and CEO of large general aviation service companies.
