Global Aviation Infrastructure’s management philosophy is based upon empowerment, accountability and results. Success is measured by meaningful metrics that are crucial to our clients: profitability, service, safety, market share and brand equity.
Our hands-on management style is best exemplified through the active involvement of our managers of operations with each of the assets they supervise. Every operation is intently managed and receives continuous involvement based upon feedback from all available stakeholders including customers, vendors, and airport sponsors. This includes ongoing operational reviews conducted with the management staff using industry benchmarks, our own proprietary metrics based upon years of executive experience and customer feedback.
GAI’s management and operations programs are focused on maximizing asset values for our customers and driving brand recognition.
While these programs have been refined and used at over 50 airport locations in North America, they can also be adapted for international use. The principal of GAI has international aviation experience in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, India and other countries in Europe and the Middle East.
